Holly has grown up with real estate in her DNA. Her Nan Cheryl Whiting has been in the industry for 30 plus years, and with Holly following in her footsteps at age 17 it was obvious she shared her Nan’s natural flair for sales and marketing.

Starting out as a branch PA, Holly moved into a frontline administration role where she looked after a team of 28 salespeople. This not only gave her a good grounding in the industry but a real understanding of the systems and processes that make an end-to-end sale or purchase run smoothly.

Since then she’s worked across all aspects of real estate management – from marketing and project work to property development and sales. But what’s remained constant over her 12-year career is her strong work ethic and determination to achieve the best possible outcomes for every client she deals with. She understands the Auckland real estate market and how to help customers get the most out of it. In fact, one of her favourite real estate quotes is ‘don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait’.

 Her passion for results extends into her personal life and in 2013 saw her achieve the title of Miss Universe New Zealand, where she travelled to Moscow to compete in what she calls ‘the experience of a lifetime’.

Maree has been the Executive Assistant for the Bill Myers Team since 2011.

In charge of coordinating almost everything, her attention is on the details, ensuring everything runs smoothly, office matters and the paperwork is in order, handling updates, liaising with lawyers, valuers, builders and property professionals throughout the entire process.


She is well known for her quick and efficient response time and being a perfectionist with regard to any given task.

The client is always first.  Maree works hand in hand with both team and clients ensuring a seamless proficiency that is reflected in the stellar results our clients rave about.

Highly organised with exceptional administrative skills make her invaluable to the team.

Tayla has been in the real estate industry for over 8 years, with experience in both commercial/industrial and residential real estate. Working as an Executive Assistant in commercial/industrial real estate in Australia for 6 years and as an Accounts Assistant in Residential Lettings Client Accounts for Savills UK in London for 2 years.

Tayla is the Bill Myers team administration wizz. She handles all of the marketing and design for your marketing collateral such as signboards and brochures and works closely alongside Maree to make sure deadlines are met and that your property stands out.
